Well done guys - this is a really great app!

Two feature requests: please allow the return key to send the message. Two clicks on the thumbwheel slows down IMing.

Also, would love to see the whole conversation while writing a message.

For newbies - On a BES be sure to change the TCP to wap.voicestream.com and the advance connection to deviceside=true.

Once I did that, it was rock solid!

Sounds like you have the patched build of JT. The regular version for OS 4.1.309 or above works as you would expect - typing in the chat screen, enter to send, etc...

This is a workaround of some underlying OS bugs which caused the app to blank screen on the chat window.

The latest OS version for most BB models are compatible with the regular JT build, so you might want to check either BB or your carrier's site.

Also, we're adding the ability to enter to send in the next build for the patched version as well, though you'd still have to type in a different screen.

I also logged on with no problem. Try emailing [email address]

They have been quick to respond when I had issues.

what build version are you on? if you're pre-0.5.20. you're on our old server, and we had a server outage last night on the old server.

you should upgrade if that's the case. send support an email if you don't have the new links.

It's just a simple test to see whether you can connect to the server without actually logging in, useful for troubleshooting network problems.

Is the beta testing still ongoing and also accepting new testers by any chance? I'd love to help test this product.

I haven't tried yet, but does Jivetalk's aim support Groups?

with the amount of buddies i have on one of my screen names it would be great if it did.

also, has the bug been fixed when signing into aim from a desktop AND jivetalk as the same time?

Does not support groups yet. I hope that is coming.

You will get a message that your screen name is signed in at two locations, but the bug of it continuing to ping you over and over again has been fixed.

Working now.

It would be nice to see how long someone has been online and idle if they are away. Any chance of getting that in the next build?
