Am I the only one who would like to get the Pearl 2 for one reason.

Improved Build Quality.

If the Pearl 2 is built better, I would get one. We have so many failures here in the UK, it is getting to the point that I cannot recommend it as a business phone / blackberry.

Although the WIFI would be a nice feature.

build quality in what regards? my pearl seems sturdy.

You are correct. Simply having Wi-Fi on a cell phone does not mean that phone has the ability to make or receive calls using a Wi-Fi connection. The phone has to be dual-mode like the Nokia 6086 or Samsung t409 among others.

yup, for example the tmobile dash , and wing, are wi-fi, however hotspot @ home doesnt work with them. I would put my money on the pearl 2 to have it though.
