I installed desktop manager 5 and setup mail following the instruction. Everything seems ok but I can't get mail through redirector. From redirector, it always says "pending to device" and number is increasing when I got a mail to outlook. I am using a BB9000 with GSM/2G network, is able to connect to wireless sometime. The redirector installed in my company pc, we use Exchange 2003. Anybody can tell me how to make it work? Is there something missed? Thanks!

Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan - with the BES option if your carrier offers it?

My carrier doesn't provide any BES option, but does it matter? I thought it's kind of "free" way, what I need is a pc in company domain, a blackberry that can connect to internet and a redirector. Was it true or not?
