I have the Blackberry 8130 (Pearl). I got it from Alltel. My question is this, I also purchased the magnetic case so that my screen gets locked when I am not using it. I normally use my bluetooth during the day. If I answer a call and as I am talking slide my phone back into the case it will hang up on the other person. Is it suppose to do this? Is there away around that? Thanks for any help you can give.
From the main menu, press a number key to get to the phone dialing screen, and then press escape to get to the call log. Then hit the menu (blackberry) key and select options. Select General Options, then select Auto End Calls - choices are Into Holster (which apparently is the default, cause thats what mine is set for), or Never, which I think is the one you want.
Throw the holster away, that phone is too sexy to be covered up!
That's a tough one if you don't want it in your pocket. I wouldn't be caught dead with a phone clipped to my belt, so that pretty much leaves the pocket. Major reason that I love the pearl, its so compact but does so much.
