Hi All...I just purch'd the Pearl8130 two days ago..(Alltel Store)

Seemed to be working fine from what little I knew about it, etc...but since yesterday, if I get an incoming phone call, I can BARELY hear it?? and have missed several calls today because of that. I have it on "LOUD" (setting) under profiles.

I TRIED!! several times to call it from another phone no. and if I DO listen
closely and hear it ring, I tried to turn the volumn UP!!! using the keys on
the right side of phone...(NOT the camera button either..hahaha) I did figure that much out...

As soon as I press it, there is NO more ringing....in other words, can't turn it up or down...nothing!! SO FRUSTRATED!!

Could someone PLEASE help?? I'm OLD, and if the ring tones don't go any louder, I don't know if I want to keep it or not??? Would appreciate any help, links, etc...THANKS SO MUCH!!!!!!!!
