Are the magnets in the right place? Does it go into Holster mode appropriately? It looks very nice.

I have that one also, and it is great. Holster functions work as they are supposed to. BBF member chinesecatt is selling them for under $20 shipped.

How is the fit in the case with the Seidio rubber skin around it?

I got my case yesterday (thanks alot chineesecatt) and it is indeed a very snug fitting case. Yes the sleeper magnets are in the correct place. I just hope in time the case loosens up just a little bit.

I wouldn't recommend this with the seido skin case. I have both and they will fit together, but it is very very tight. I decided to ditch the skin case (mostly because of the lint and there is no sleeper function) and use this one.
