I would like to make below function in my application:
Listen the incoming call. Reject an incoming call in some cases, and prevent the system from handling the incoming call.

I checked the java API, but seems it can't support that. Please advise.

I would guess not since this would be disabling core functionality.

I just found a similar application that can reject the unwanted call.
