Can a BES admin confirm whether this is a BES pushed service book? This is how it looks on a Treo, configured with blackberry connect:

Blackberry
Service ID = 1
UID = S12#####
Content ID = 1
Email Addr = user@mailserver
Max Transmit Message Length = 32000


I am convinced that Max Transmit Message Length is causing his inability to open most attachments, as I opened several under 32kb just fine. Can someone confirm that that is a modifiable property, possibly with some brief instructions I could relay onto our BES admin?

No you can't modify it. The Attachment feature isn't available on all BBconnect handhelds

What is the attachment feature?

He is able to open attachments, just not greater than 32kb

Looks like this is a limitation of the BBconnect software and all pre4.0 handhelds.
