Over the last couple of days, I have been having trouble saving and modifying my contacts. Each time I save the changes, I get this error:

ADRRESS UPDATED EXTERNALLY. CHANGES WILL BE LOST AND THE VIEWER WILL CLOSE.

What should I do?
