Yes, this uses DATA, and as long as you have an unlimited plan there should be no issues...

This tool is fabulous -- you can work on both BB and Desktop together. Anything you modify on the Desktop is instantly updated on your BB and like wise.

Would be fascinating when the "Talk" is available!!!

So far the client works great...Lets see if we can get the jabber hack to work so that all clients (aim, yahoo, msn) all work threw the google talk bb app.

Correct me if Im wrong please, Verizon users cannot use this app yet because of the missing service books? Is there anyplace to get the service books?

Installed just fine, but for some reason it keeps telling me I have either an invalid user name or password - I know I put it in there correctly.

Edit - Fri Mar 10 - Works now.

No, it's not. They're just making an SDK available. And the licensing terms forbid the creation of mobile clients.

I wanted ot download it but the one thing since having IM+ and since it includes google talk and it consolidates all on line friends for all in one scree when signed on I backed out from installing it.

sweet - just added it until now, the only app i had for google talk was im+ and it was a multiclient that would knock me off of my other multiclient (webmessenger) that i use to stay on my works messenger (sametime).. lol anyways google talk on blackberry is a great thing. romerom (shift 2) gmail period com

Anyone know why I can't remove GTlalk from my BB? I deleted it from the Applications list on the BB, but it still shows up on the home screen and won't go away even after multiple reboots and a pulled battery!
