If you don't know it, then you'll have to enter it 10 times (which will wipe all the data) and set it up again. You won't lose any applications, just the data.
Do you have a backup?

John - its actually my husbands balckberry but im addicted to the brickbreaker game in in so he put a keybord lock and now i cant get in it... can u help me?? please i know there is something u can do to i think its * and some button but i dont know what button it is.

There is no secret back door to get into the Blackberry. RIM has made quite sure of this! Do you husband a favor and leave it alone or you will wipe the data completely!
I know what I would do to the person who wiped my Blackberry! |

Just to confirm what these fine folks have mentioned - there are no secrets. Only option is to enter it wrong 10 times and then you WIPE the blackberry.

Yes, he will be quite upset when he gets back to it and you have wiped out his entire Blackberry. All his emails, contacts, calendar appointments, etc. will be gone if you attempt to get into it. As stated above, there is no way to get into it without the password. That's part of what makes Blackberry so great.

That's DEFINITELY not an issue we should get into here. I would ask your husband. There is NO help for this problem. There is NO way to get into the device without the password. Absolutely, postively, no way. This is why it's the device of choice for most corporations concerned with security and also most government agencies and the military. Please discuss this with your husband if you need to get into his device. |
