I am wondering if there is a way to require a password via IT policy that would allow for the Enterprise activation and then force the user to change the password upon delivery.

Here is my dilemma. Add a user to BES, V5.0, set EA password, apply IT policy which requires a password. The problem comes in when i am provisioning the device I get so far and the IT Policy is applied and then i have to set a password. After all the provisioning is done, is there a way to force the user to change their password?

What i am ultimately trying to do is copy what WINDOWS does when a new user is created and the initial password is mandatory to be changed upon first logon...

Any thoughts or suggestions to what others have done?

Set a long, impossible to remember paasword and send the user detailed instructions on how to change the passsword. AFAIK, there is no way to do what you want.
