How many users do you have on the BES?
What memory/cpu/disk resources do you have on the BES?
When initially released there were performance problems but since they've gone away with Service Packs

As long as you're at BES 4.1 SP5 and HH OS 4.5 it works out of the gate.

Users that don't have 4.5 HH OS or greater will continue to function as they have been.
