Wirelessly posted (BB 11020)

Yes. It'll need to be reactivated on the server when you're done, though.

Alright I have found several on 'other' bb websites, so really guys what is the skinny on 4.5.. what version have you tried and what are its pitfalls. We have Alltel 8330 with 4.3 and we are trying to test soft tokens, but they are not supported in 4.3. They are for every other version including 4.5. Any guidance would be awsome..

4.5.0.82...? isn't that the package version with 4.5.0.56 as the app or is there now actually a pkg with the app version 4.5.0.82.... if it is the case it is going to make finding it LOTS of fun

I don't think that's right - I think 4.5.0.101/4.5.0.77 is the latest. There is no .82 apps version beta out there.

^.81 is the latest for GSM, and .82 for CDMA.

If .82 is the latest app version, then what's the package version for it?

That's my point - there is no .82. It should be .77. Also, you can't ask where to find beta OS's here. You're on your own for that.

It says latest KNOWN not AVAILABLE. Just because you can't find the OS on RapidShare or Google or MegaUpload - or whatever else seems to be the flavor of the day - doesn't mean it's not available somewhere (with respect to 4.5.0.82, it has been released internally at RIM only). Trust me, I'm far from a junior with regards to how all of this BlackBerry stuff works.

With regards to the version number, there is a note at the bottom of the original post for a reason ...perhaps it won't be so confusing anymore (and perhaps you can give a good answer next time)? Not trying to be so stern, but my god... with regards to somethings and some people, you just shouldn't try to sound so condescending (especially when you aren't necessarily the one in the position to do so).
