Basicly that ^ I've tried everything. from reinstalling, to a blank IT Policy.bin and nothing, it just won't show the new visual upgrades from 4.5 or even can install new themes or see the internet and email config buttons (i have a data plan)
It's supossed to look like this

Updated from 4.2 to 4.5.0.161 but still have the same OS Visuals?
