Hi gang, Hoping that someone has come up with a quick fix for this apparently simple problem. The battery cover of my wife's BB 8703e won't open. I have tried everything short of throwing it on the floor. The engineer that designed this system should be shot. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks, Dan
