Default Where is the Notes function on the Bold? Is it the same as the "Memo Pad"?

Please Login to Remove!

I'm on a hosted BES and in the past notes created in Outlook would sync with my Pearl. I have a Bold now and can't seem to find the Notes function on it...is it the Memo Pad feature listed under Applications? This is the closest thing I can find to it, and I found some old notes under there. The thing is, it won't sync with my Outlook. When I create a Note in Outlook it doesn't show up on my Blackberry (though Calendar, Emails, etc. are syncing just fine). There is also no "Reconcile Now"... am I just looking at the wrong thing? Can someone point me toward the Notes section (if it's somewhere else)?

TIA

Notes is the same as Memo pad and if your BES policy is set to wirelessly synchronize it, you should be able to sync your Outlook/Exchange notes with the BB.

Thank you.

I wonder if the wireless sync somehow got disabled or something. I noticed when I deleted notes from Outlook they deleted from my BB, but when I create notes in Outlook they dont sync. I didn't have this problem before. I'll contact my hosted BES and see if it's on their end. When you go to the Memo Pad menu is there a Reconcile Now option listed? (I know there's a "wireless sync" under Options, but is there something that says Reconcile Now as well?)

Thank you.

Go to the memo pad > Options and see if wireless synchronization is set to yes or no. If set to no, try changing it. If there is no option for wireless synchronization, check with your BES admin if it is allowed. You may have to do a enterprise activation again.

It's set to "Yes"...I tried disabling and re-enabling it, but it didn't change. I'll double check with the BES admin tomorrow.

Thank you again!

Thanks again for your help - I was able to get it up and running again.
