What is the error message?

I was using it during beta, and upgraded to the production release when it was available, all without problems.

This is soooo weird. Been trying for 2 days now (tried about 25 times total); not working. I came here to post about it and at the same time I read the thread about having a slow BB and to delete emails and text message to repair it. 5 minutes after I did this, I came back, saw your message and tried to upgrade it again so I can tell you the error message I got. Its now working!!!???

VERY WEIRD. Thanks!

Yup, too many messages can occasionally lead to weirdness. Glad you got it installed. Thanks for the thankyou, but I don't feel I earned this one.

I cannot isntall App World 3 from either the web site or the direct link e-mailed to me. I just get a white page. Blackberry Help told me to do a back up and full security wipe and start over. I will be doing that this aft.

I'm sticking with the old one. I'll never risk updating a functional app again. These things are too buggy.

Well I did the security wipe of both data and apps which is very through (took about an hour) and had no difficulty installing App World 3. I reinstalled the data using BB Desktop which I used to back up the data. Instead of copying over the cod files from BSAK, which I used to back up the programs, I have been reinstalling through App World, where available or through the software developer's web site. (That is what I have been doing off and on over the past 3 weeks.)
On anomoly with BB Podcasts, though. App World shows it as an uninstalled app, but gives me no option to reinstall. Searched for podcast apps on App World - BB Podcasts shows up but when I tried to install it through App World, nothing downloads. Eventually I installed it without App World directlly from the BB App World web site. (It gives you the option to download and install directly or through App World). Now in App World it still does not show up as installed app and still shows up as an uninstalled app with no option to reinstall.
