Hey, I know there is no wi-fi built in with the blackberry 8800, but I was wondering if there is either a hack, trick, application or something else that lets me get wi-fi on this BB? thank you

Not possible. You need the electronics to do this on the motherboard. Also, the software for this BB must allow for it.

8820 has wifi I believe as far as the 88xx models.
