My Blackberry desk top is asking for 1/10 passwords for protocol to download. I went the 10 tries and wasn't happy about what happened who can tell me what I need to do here. I never remember setting up a password. I know this is dumb but I need to save everything this time. Thanks for your help! Can I call someone at BB?
Nope. There is NO WAY AROUND the BlackBerry password. You're locked out of that data FOREVER. Reset, start again, and write your password down somewhere.
