When will Seidio release a skin for the Blackberry 8130. I want to get the skinned holster and a skin but seidioonline.com does not have a combo set or even the skin released.

The last hard case I purchased (not one of yours) actually scratched the heck out of my phone's actual plastics. How does your product work in regards to keeping the phones plastics in good condition?

I've been using this case for the past 3-4 days and there is no way it can scratch your phone. Easy to put on and seems to be VERY protective without adding bulk to the phone. The only two caveats - one, buy a screen protector because this leaves the screen completely exposed otherwise, and two, because it is not a holster, it cannot take advantage of the sleep function and in holster Profile settings.

Seidio,

How about the extended battery for the 8130, and idea when that's coming out?

Seidio,

I have a few questions please;

Will the 8130 with your hard case still fit in the OEM Blackberry Pearl leather belt case (the one with the elastic on the sides and swivel belt clip)??? I ask because my BB Skin equipped 8130 will not, as the rubber bunches up when sliding in.

Will your Seidio 8130 skin on the 8130 still fit into your desktop charger cradle? I know that the OEM cradle will not have room.

When you release the extended battery; Do you have an estimate of the size (mah) it will be? Will you make a hard case for the 8130 with the extended battery?

Thanks,

Hoppy

Someone on this forum may be able to answer this for you, as I don't have one of these cases to test.

Absolutely. We designed it for just that.

I don't have any information on this yet, but I'll let you know when I do.

Thanks

Thumbs up Case compatibility

Seidio,

I will be ordering one of these cases asap. Just my two cents...If the size of the extended battery for the vzw 8130 will be different than the standard battery, it would be nice if the front case cover would remain the same, so the back case cover can be interchanged without removing the front cover. Hopefully the battery is the same size & this is a non-issue. But I'm sure your design folks are hard at work on it! thanx.

I purchased the case with the clear front and rubberized back. I should get it this week.

I was wondering if the rubberized model would provide (a little) more protection than the clear or hybrid version of the case, as i've had bad luck with my phone dropping. Also, how much thicker is the rubberized version? Is their a big difference in the bulkiness between the two?

Finally, there was a post above asking whether the case itself could scratch the phone. This isn't the case, I assume.

Thanks.

Default case, holster, cradle

I just received my rubberized case and skinned holster combo along with the desktop charging cradle and LOVE them... seriously, they rock. They are not cheap, but are well worth the price. They all match and they all work together...

Can you point me to a car holster for the 8130 (that has the rubberized case on it)? It doesn't have to charge, but I would like it to be a good fit. Thanks!

disclaimer, I don't work for seidio (or ever have)
Chuck

I received my rubberized case and holster and I must say I really like it. I've had it for about a week and began to notice the rubberized coating is coming off where the holster clip touches the case, when holstered. Has anyone else noticed this?
