Hello, I'm very new to the use of BB phones and I'm having a problem that might be related to my lack of experience... or not.

I'm trying to add contacts to my BB messenger, I go to Add Contact, type the contact's PIN and that's it, I can't do anything else other than deleting or going back.

Any help?

Not sure that I totally understand, but -

It should say that the add request is pending. Maybe you are not seeing much because you have to wait for the other person to accept the request and add you.
