Default Today Theme Calendar Issues - Entries Missing - HELP?

Please Login to Remove!

I'm using a today theme for my 8900 and I no longer have any of my calendar entries/appointments visible on my screen.

I went through the phone to check the settings and I noticed one thing that was different: I noticed all my calendar appointments were still in my master calendar, however, they all are saved using "Device Default" instead of my yahoo account. Unfortunately, my yahoo account has no calendar entries saved as the "Device Default" has overwritten it. Seems a bit weird.

I did resend my service books today, when I was trying some things out...

I've never run into this before... is there a way to get rid of the "Device Default" setting and get my entries back into my yahoo account calendar?

Thanks in advance.

Wirelessly posted (Its All About the U!)

Try deleting the service book modules for the calendar with all your accounts except yahoo. That way Yahoo will have to be default.

I am NOT sure if
Options
Default services
Calendar

Will solve the issue but try that first.

This also happened to me just the other day - I think it has to do with facebook 1.5 as it adds your friends birthdays into calendar entries... I noticed for a day that only facebook was showing on the calendar and not the default and even when I went into default services it was set correctly.

thanks for the feedback everyone. I got the issue resolved, I went into options>advanced options>service books> and deleted all my CICAL email accounts, thus leaving only the "device default" calendar, resulting to my today theme to recognize my appts and list them on my home screen.

Yes that was my first post to you. It is a workaround at this point

I had been experiencing this same problem with today and today+ themes! Deleting the service books fixed mine in a few seconds

I did this for my calendar and it worked great. How about for the messages? I have some unread email / calls / etc that on my theme, do not show up on the messages section...
