I want to download ÜberTwitter for my blackberry I just got a question. Can I download it using the wi-fi connected to my wireless?

You need a BlackBerry data plan to download, even over WiFi.

Why not just download the program and install it via BB desktop manager's application loader? UberTwitter is one of the few programs that's still available in ALX format these days.
