You will need to reload the OS from your provider as you can not individually "load" the BB browser.

That is correct. You will need to contact your CSP to have them re-initialize your application to web browse. I had a fatal error with my BB and T-Mobile. They had to "contact" my device and re-initialize the system to show I had internet available as an application.

Did you try Options >Advanced Options >Host Routing Table->Register Now? Many times that will reload carrier specific applications like that.

All you have to do is hook the BB up and open desktop manager...

Then..........

Click on Application Loader, then make sure the checkbox next to browser is checked....

Assuming he/she has loaded the OS on their computer and that their BB is "not out of the box." I think the user accidentally deleted it from their BB applications (on the device) and has not connected via DM before.

LunkHead's method or John Clark's would be the easiest way.

Nice call LunkHead!

Correct you are Sir, I assumed the poster had already followed your instructions to load the OS onto the PC

There are no wrong questions, only wrong answers. I have blackberry forums saved to my favorites and am on top of the what's in with the B now.
