Hi, do anyone know how to push language packes to a group?

I'm not aware of any way to do this OTA; you would have to use BDM.

As mentioned above, you can't deploy language packs over the air.
If that's your requirement, then there is no solution for you.

Ok that's clear.
But appliactions?
For example navigation software and maps?

Yes, you can deploy applications.
You need the .alx and .cod files for each application and they must be formatted properly for deployment via software configuration.

This is detailed in the BES Administrator's documentation.
I would suggest reading through it.
