8300 wont charge and recognized by pc I think port is broken? how can i replace that broken port?

Look at the port do you see all five pins?

You can send the BB to www.horizonwirelessonline.com they do good work and are very reputable.

Do you have Desktop Manager installed on the PC? You need that as it has the necessary drivers to charge the device.

Also, do NOT plug into a HUB. BB's don't like HUBs. Plug directly into the PC.
