Default Ok after spending a few hours reading about the 7250

Please Login to Remove!

I have come to the conclusion either my reading comprehension sucks, or what I read didnt really answer my questions

So I am hoping you guys can help

I have a 7250, on verizons network, with the blackberry data plan

I want to be able to do a few things, maybe you can point me in the right direction.

I want to be able to get on AIM
I want to be able to check an email account I HAVE been using OUTLOOK EXPRESS for.
I want to be able to make custom ringtones from MP3s, or whatever
I want to be able to install or make custom themes.

I running 4.1.0.353 (Platform 2.2.0.159) on my BB, and just downloaded 4.3 for my desktop.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

The http://makeownringtone.com site allows you to cut out a portion of your MP3 and make it into a ringtone.

On your email question, your best option is to set up your email account in BIS at Verizon's BIS web portal. BIS will poll the email inbox and push new email to your blackberry. For ISP accounts the polling will be every 15 minutes or so. Consider also setting up free gmail or yahoo, if you haven't already, and add this to BIS as well. These will be pushed practically instantatneously.

As far as MP3's, my recollection of the device is that 7250 can't play MP3's. Only polyphonic tones As far as AIM, shell out the $19.99 for a program known as jive talk. That will solve your aol issue.
