Hey there everybody. I'm thinking about switching to a BB.

When my phone died last May, I decided to try Smartphones out. I went with the Palm Centro over the Pearl as a starter, and was soon ready to upgrade.

It looked like this was going to be the week I made the move to the Curve 8330, but this morning I read that the Bold is supposed to be coming to Sprint within the next few weeks.

I was wondering if I should go ahead and drop the $230 for a Curve (I'm currently not eligible for a Sprint discount) or wait for the Bold? Is the Bold that much better?

I have both in the AT&T version. You'll pay more for the Bold, but I believe you'll be happier with it.

Certainly seems like a consensus. Guess I'll be waiting for the Bold to come to Sprint.

The reason I said a few weeks is I read a bunch of articles this morning saying the Bold was coming to Sprint in the 1st quarter of 2009. I hope that's true. Maybe I'll stop by the Sprint store tomorrow morning and see if they've heard anything.
