Default Company Termination and Security

Please Login to Remove!

In my company we have both personal and corporate owned BB devices. (I know... I hate it too...)

ANYWHO...

My questions is: Is there a way to selectively remove the users mailbox, calendar, or contacts without removing anything else?

IE: VP leaves company but stays on as consultant does not want to get corporate email from the BES, but does want to maintainhis existing calendar and contacts. Is there a way to REMOVE the email and keep the calendar and contacts without wiping the Berry?

I know you can have his mail stopped, but is there a way to REMOVE it from an existing BES account and off the Berry without disturbing the other two applications?

Can you do this for any of them? IE: Can you remove the Calendar but leave Email and Contacts intact? I know you can 'stop' them from sync'ing, but can you REMOVE them from the device without 'harming' the others?

Unusual questions I know, but my boss would like to cover ALL the possible bases.

Not the prettiest of solutions, but you could always do the following:
1. Push a Default IT Policy to the device.
2. Delete their BES account.

That will essentially cut them off your BES and leave the device as-is.

I don't think this was the question of the original poster. He wants to selectively remove a single service (e.g. calendar).

There is no function on BES to achieve that, but why not (as the user leaves the company) go into his Outlook, delete all the calendar items, give it some time to sync and then switch off sync for the calendar.

Same for mail or contacts.
