Hello, i got a bb 9530, is working great, but the problem is that is not detecting 3G, just EDGE. My carrier is C&W Panama. I tried changing the mobile option to detec just 3G, with no results, when i choose 3G or 2G, it detects the EDGE.

Could someone help me with this?

The 9530 is primarily a CDMA device, and not designed for GSM 3G networks.

EDGE is the best you can get. In fact, you should change it to 2G so it doesn't bother to try and waste battery power.
