it all happened when my phone battery got empty and when i charged it it takes a very very long time on the booting screen i left it for an hour when i got back it still stuck so i pulled out my battery and waited for 5 minutes to put it in when i put it in its still get stuck on the booting screen i swapped battery with my mom who has a z10 also still the same but my moms z10 when it used my battery it all went well..... please help me

Sounds like more than just battery going dead. First thing I would try is removing the microSD card if you are using one and see what happens. Next thing to try is plug the device into a wall charger, remove the battery while it is plugged in, put the battery back in, and observe. If it still doesn't complete the boot process like it should, leave it again. I would think an hour is long enough, but leave it longer if you can. Next step if it doesn't boot is reinstall the OS using BlackBerry Link.

You are currently in a bootloop stage. I think its not because the battery drained. You did something on its system.
