There are still some problems with TFLN's XML code, but until they fix them, there will be "XML errors" with various area codes. Otherwise, I look forward to your feedback since it is still beta!

Thanks everyone for sending me feedback on the current issue. Recent entries on the TFLN site cause XML errors in version 0.92. please upgrade to 0.92.5 to resolve this issue. Thanks!

As of today, legal counsel supposedly representing textsfromlastnight.com have served me with a cease and desist email. Really bothersome when a similar site such as fmylife.com has a page featuring 3rd party applications.

Please be advised that your advertised Blackberry application for texts from last night is unauthorized. As General Legal Counsel for the site, you are directed to cease and desist from your unauthorized use of the site and its content. All "donations", together with other as yet undetermined damages will be sought if you do not heed this demand immediately.

Your actions and conduct violate numerous provisions under Federal and State laws. Our site is protected by U.S. Trademark and Copyright laws. We will not tolerate your abuse of these protections.

Immediately cease and desist your advertisement, sale, and/or distribution of the application. I urge you to take prompt action on this matter to avoid further legal consequences.

however if it is something that you did on your own then you have nothing to worry about.


but if it is something that someone has legally has a trademark in then you have something to worry about, unless you have their permission of course.


If i made an application or something and someone stole the idea from me...i would be upset because of the time and money that i invested into the invented item.

true this stuff happens all the time...but either they make alot of money that they can pay them off and still have a profit from their stuff or if the people who thought of it didnt put a legal trademark on their invention.


I would start off by reading the law codes to see exactly what you can do or cant do...

For those of you having issues with scrolling on the storm, a native version for OS 4.7 has just been released

Those who already have the app can simply turn off compatibility mode for the app specifically, as no new features have been introduced.
