Hello everyone,

I'm UK based and with Orange (sigh) I use a BB 8900, which is a great piece of kit but, of dear, signal strength in my home is pretty crappo. (that Brit-speak for dreadful by the way)

Ir's been suggested that I hook-up with my computer's wireless router (via Wi-Fi) The BB finds my router ok, but it asks for a "Pre Shared Key".

Could someone kindly tell me what that is please?

Could it be my wireless network password?

You need a network extender which gets hooked to your router. Its a different frequency.

The "Pre Shared Key" number can ound underneath your wireless router there should be combiantion numbers and letters 26 in tatol, you need to enter the numbers and letters.

yes your PSK (pre shared key) is the wireless network password.
