Strangely enough when I check the SRP connection it shows successfull, but most people are seeing this in the log files (either by right clicking my computer || Manager || Event viewer and looking at the application logs, or looking in the log files where-ever yours are stored..)

Just got of the phone with TSupport. Their answers were...

Yes, it's broken
No, we don't know when it will be fixed.

They were a lot of help.

Dawg suggested we just yanked the plug to the RIM Network to test it.

What interesting is if you recycle the BES services it drops and connects right away .. also on the config applet / router tab the TEST NETWORK CONNECTION works with no issues.

All carriers effected?

I've confirmed AT&T, Verizon not working

how do i check the status of the SRP connection? (i know it is a noob question)
In BlackBerry Manager, click on Servers. It'll list SRP status for all your BES.

I think I may as well go home...there isn't anything I can do about it from work, and I can reboot my servers (if necessary) from home......

Thanks for update, Mr. Edmunds!

NP - the 50% effected thing is slightly funny considering the only users now who can receive are the WiFi users....

It seems not to be a carrier issue.
