Default AT&T on Pearl Flip

I have an At&T phone service with basic Medianet data plan. I would like to use these features on my Blackberry. I seldom use internet on my cell phone , mostly to check weather, therefore I do not need that expensive BIS for $30. I changes my TCP settings to
PHP Code:
APNWAP.CINGULAR

Username
WAP@CINGULARGPRS.COM

Password
CINGULAR1
but I do not have any connection. I tried to install opera mini and it failed due to wrong internet settings.
Do I have to do anything else or are there any other AT&T internet settings available?
Thanks

I'm thinking that the medianet plan doesen't work on the BB. Anyone else using the Medianet plan on their BB?

Dream Rider I think the same. Oh well, at least I have wi-fi. I will switch to BB plan some time in the future.

^when you hightlight the WAP(globe) icon it should read MEdia Net it's from you SIM card.

btw. did you try redoin' your MEdia Net from a desktop/laptop.. it'll send you a SMS err somethin' and be sure you're "Mobile Network option" is Not on "Wi-Fi Only".
