Default Speaker off and on (with video)

Hi guys

Can you please comment on my gf BB, her speaker goes off and on
please check the video on youtube and discuss, the other end of the call
goes off and on plus the volume key goes out up and down just like the video.

I try using the handsfree earplugs but It only for a few day is not longer working I can't hear anything, what are your recomendations? thanks

I would suggest a battery pull if you haven't already. If that doesn't work, I would suggest upgrading the OS.

Has the device come in contact with moisture?

what Desktop Manager version should I used? 5.0.0 or the older ones? thanks

I think I going to do the Updated OS

You don't have to use DM to load the OS, use Loader.exe instead. It's listed in the instructions in the sticky thread.

If the device is an 8320, then yes. That's the correct OS. Follow those steps to the letter and be patient.

Also, make sure the USB cable is connected in the back of the PC and not a USB hub.
