Default Failed to connect to Web Inspector

Please Login to Remove!

I am trying to see how a web application looks and operator on my Blackberry Playbook. I have connected to the server and can view the pages. They do not all look good.

I enabled and tried to open the Web Inspector locally but got Error Couldn't connect to the server.

I record the IPv4 address and tried from a browser on Windows 10, with the Playbook connected by USB. The response was "This site can't be reached" and "<address> refused to connect."

Is there anything else that can be enabled?

Default Re: Failed to connect to Web Inspector

Web Inspector on the PlayBook is a 2011 app that may not be compatible with the current applications on todays web servers. It was originally designed for developers to check their application on the tablet. Unless someone knows if the application was ever updated you may not be able to do what your trying to do successfully.

here are a couple of links that may offer some help.
