Default Media Player error in 8330

Please Login to Remove!

ok here's the breakdown

i use my media player in my car. so ill pause it so it will pick up where it left off next time i use it when i exit my car. i just exit the player and if i push the blackberry button, among the selections is the "now playing" option, which takes me back to the media player right where it left off. now here's the problem .... for some reason there are two "now playing" options on the menu .. one actually takes me to the media player, the other just wont go away even if i select it. has anyone ever experienced this problem

no i havent pulled the battery yet LOL .... i will and let you guys know what happened, but its always better to ask first just in case its a known issue with a different solution

thanks in advance to anyone who can help/respond

Reboot your Blackberry Device. and if your not able pull the battery out for 2 mins than install back in and it will automatically boot once battery installed give it a few mins to go threw the processes and then you should be back up to normal.....

Usually a battery pull will fix most issues.. However I use my media everyday and never saw that issue..

Might be worth updating to 4.5.0.160.. In my opinion.
