Please Help - Still Experiencing Outage Issues

My BRAND NEW (as of 10/10) 9650 is operating slowly, freezing, rebooting itself and not retaining settings upon doing so.
It has also yet to display any backlog messages/emails received during the outage. I have confirmed this with Verizon, who cannot push them through.
I have performed soft and hard resets, reconcile now, etc. Is there anything else I can do? I am in NYC, started experiencing the outage on Wednesday 10/12.
Please help!
