Just got mine in Brandy/Black with the fixed clip. High quality leather and nice felt liner to protect the BB. Customer service was outstanding. Sleeper function works... Don't see why there are complaints, but you can't satisfy everyone. Hey, it's only a case... Best case I have seen thus far. Glad I ordered and waited for delivery. Initially ordered a Naztech-Bravo and returned it. No comparison when it comes to quality...

Hi, new to the forum and BB and looking at getting one of these cases. I see there's no cut out for the speaker on the back of the BB. Has this been an issue for any of you with muffled sound or anything like that? Thanks for all the great info you post on here. Helps me out a lot.
