Well, the BES/MDS section works for that, but if there is enough demand for it, I will create a BES Admin Section..

Right, but BES/MDS and Network Providers forum sounds like an end-user forum for those with BES/MDS and network provider experience.

I think the first aim is to increase the traffic in the "BES, MDS, Network Providers" forum to the point where it is necessary to split the forum.

One idea is to rename the forum to clearly include hosting & administration:

"BES/MDS Hosting & Administration, Network Providers"

With a description of:

"Anything related to BES/MDS, cellphone networks and providers, administration of BES/MDS servers, and BES/MDS Hosting services"
