Have you checked profiles? Make sure phone is NOT set to Do Not Disturb

Once IN profiles select Advanced then select Loud or whatever you have selected (Loud, Normal, ect.....) Once in that area select Phone and scroll to the very bottom... You will see an option for Do Not Disturb

Is this set to Yes or No

Have you tried a hard reboot (pull battery for 30 sec)?

If so, has this always been an issue or has it just started? If it just started have you installed any applications recently?

Do you have any 3rd party push programs like weather or anything? I know sometimes when I am "online" with my phone I get a missed call.

If the issue is NOT resolved then we will try this:

Open Desktop manager and select Application Loader. Once there uncheck the Phone application and let the device load... It will reboot.... Without the phone app....

Once it reboots go back into Desktop manager and check the phone application and let it load and reboot.... Report back after that....

Try above (post # 8)..... Not a call blocking issue or they would not even get voicemail...

Well the next step is drastic.... Do you wish to try it or not.... It's easy but it WILL start you back the way it was as delivered...

If so then follow this:

Backup and or sync your contacts and data....

Download Jl_Cmder (it's in my signature) Also make sure you have Desktop manager installed (I assume you do based on previous steps) and the Handheld Software (OS) You can download this from T-Mobile website.

Once all this is complete, open Jl_Cmder and wipe the device (it will boot to a white screen) then open Desktop Manager and select Application Loader... Once there install the OS and follow the prompts...

The device will reboot and will take a while!!!!!!! Up to 10 minutes to reboot the 1st time.... It is normal so dont freak out....

Once it reboots Edit your profiles or resote the previous backup and all should be good!
