I should work on any 9900 with any carrier, so long as you delete the vendor.xml file (two such files in Windows 7).

There have been at least three new official OS's since this one, including one from a major North American mobile company (Rogers). Why is this now misleading (Latest OS Official 7.1) still stuck here? The more recent OS's have been posted below.

It's basically because no one's keeping the board up anymore these days. Unfortunately, the site is running on it's own for the most part - for however long that may continue.
