Question Weird 8700g Error Message (T-Mobile)

Please Login to Remove!

I'm trying to setup my internet email on the 8700g but whenever I open the link or my browser I get:

Unable to open a POP Context to the following APN: wap.voicestream.com

I can go to the Blackberry sites fine.

Any clues?

Thanks,
Ben

You can always go to www.mytmobile.com and setup your internet email there.

Tried that already. This is what I get at mytmobile.com:

We apologize, you do not have access to the My E-mail service.

Please use the e-mail solution provided with your wireless handheld.

Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan on your account?

I have the same error message coming up. I was able get the email function working via the t-mobile web site. Web sites not affiliated with t-mobile load fine but any t-mo sites, t-zones, IM set up, or e-mail set up the connection error is displayed.

Note: My BIS was just activated today so I will give it 24 hous before going through customer service hell.

Update: The issue was on T-mobile's end. Customer service said it was related to provisioning of features. They had it fixed within minutes.
