You sure it's not a refurb? The screen protector is not of the "new" type and usually there is a protector with instructions on the battery cover. This looks like refurbs I've received. Nothing wrong with a refurb from TMo (I've had good luck with them) just asking.

Honestly I have no idea, selling it for a friend of the family who lost his, bought this one, and then found his. If it is by chance a refurb is the price still reasonable? Thanks!

I just sold mine for $165 with $10 to ship... It was NOT a refirb and was only one month old and mint.... You might try and lower the pice to that and see if you get some bites...

I have a 40 year old comic book worth quite a bit and it is graded in mint condition so age doesn't affect it it is the actual physical condition.
