I'd say your Lucky & Smart.............
Me? well I'm a real phone addict. It's a day to day thing.
First, I always carry a BlackBerry every work day, usually my 7130c.
Then because I'm also a bag addict (how sick am I?) it depends on if I'm carrying a backpack over the weekend. Or a messager bag, or ......
Now I have room to carry a BlackBerry (I have three) , my RAZR, or my L-2, or ....well you get the idea.
Nothing like choices ...........
Cheers...

Out of the 68 Cingular Blackberry devices I support, only 3 colleagues use the Blackberry as their cell phone. I have no problems with using my 8700C as my cell but I'm not on my cell all day. Most colleagues feel it's too big and bulky to use as a cell phone. Our Company only uses 7280, 7290 and 8700's units.

If my wife reads the part about No BB during kids or date night, I'm in real trouble.....
Regarding the second sentence, it's too late for me.... I'm a full blown BlackBerry and every other mobile phone addict....... ..... Thanks for causing me to laugh at myself.
Cheers...

Greetings Andyn,
Thanks!
It's people like you that make me feel "normal" although I know I'm obsessive over phones and all things tech.
Just recently for a change, I've been carrying my 8700c, 7130c, and a Black RAZR. All in my briefcase, or backpack on the weekends, I'm a sim swapping pro!
Cheers...

Not a phone, but a PDA. I have my BB 7510, and a Dell Axim X51v with 3 1gb SD cards and a 512mb CF card (wish like hell there was a way to make a phone with THAT kinda power!).

Old BB and a 3G phone
I have a 5810 BB for email only and an LG 3G phone with all the bells and whistles for voice n fun.
There is enough space in my jeans pockets for both of these but not an ipod as well... so I am looking to getting a pearl. Just wonder if my big old hands will get used to the keyboard..

I'm rolling with the 8703e from Sprint, which I just got in last thursday, and my old Nextel i830 for DC. Good combo, but we really need a BB/DC solution here soon!
I told the Sprint rep she better get me one for free *if they ever do come out, since I just ordered 4 8703e's and will most likely be ordering 4-5 more.
I used to have the nextel 7520, which I loved, but this new 8700 is just so much cooler! Now I just need to figure out what I can all do with it!
Mission 1, figure out how to use it as a modem for my laptop.

Maybe this is a silly question. However, I can see how having a separate phone from BB can be useful.
So, can one get a Data & Voice plan through Verizon and have the voice on a cell phone and the data on the BB?
Thanks,
George

One phone number for two devices then no. Two phone numbers two devices yes, they can set the BlackBerry up as Data only and charge you i.e. .45$ a minute if you happen to use voice on the BlackBerry.
Then whatever voice plan you wanted for the phone.
Hope this helps.
