Default Reenable as Blackberry User

Please Login to Remove!

We are running Blackberry Enterpirse Server Express. I had a user that I need to disable so they would not receive emails. I chose the option of "Disable as Blackberry user" in the admin console. Well now I've been asked to reenabled. I chose the Reenable as Blackberry user, however the user cannot send messages from their device. They can only receive. Is there something more that needs to be done? I reenabled them about 3 hours ago.

The device is a 9650.

Try re-sending the service books to the device.
How long was the user disabled for? Worst case, just do a new EA on the handheld.

Cannot send new messages, or cannot reply to messages?

Help! I have a very similar situation... I disabled a user as requested and now management needs them re-enabled. We run BES Express v5.

Now when I log into the server as admin I cannot search for the user that was disabled, they no longer show in the users list, when I pull a users list from the messaging server the user I need is not in that list (even though they are working perfectly fine in Exchange), there is no re-enable for the user... no options, nothing.

Also, I can't manually add the user again, as it says it can't find the user on the messaging server. UGH, at this rate, it would be cheaper for the company to buy Android phones for these legacy users and dump all things BlackBerry forever...

What can I do? This is the only thread I can find relating directly to this topic.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Brian

Nevermind, looks like it was queued and I just had to search by the queued jobs. Found and re-enabled.

And you should have chosen "Turn off redirection for selected devices" to achieve what you wanted.
