I recently tried to install BES Express on to the companies exchange server, however i seemed to have the known bug whic prevented login, i found possible solutions on this forum about resetting the admin password, none of these options worked so i decided to removed all the software and start again, now if i try and run the setup i get " error initializing system"



Any ideas as this installation is beginning to become a headache

What is the Exchange server ver.. And also hv u follow the proper pre requisites of RIM..

Pls Provide me u hv installing BESX in separate machine or.... ?

Hi,

It is Exchange 2003 in the end after speaking with the phone support we more it to a differnet box, but also in the installation we found we have mapi issues

We are up and running to a point now, just having sendas issues as they keep getting revoked
