Default I got new BB curve AT&T service, but...

Please Login to Remove!

Hello everyone.
I got new Black Berry 3 weeks ago.
I need to get some help from your guys.

Last week, I wanted to change to the other phone.
When I woke up and check my black berry, the screen was cracked little bit. I have no idea how did it get the demage. Before that day, my black berry was fine and clean.
So I went to AT&T store to change to new one, but they said, "we can't change to new one. you have to buy or pay to fix."
I didn't understand why I can't change and why I have to pay to fix.
I explain them to what was going on. It was not my fault like that.

Anyone knows how can I talk to them and change to new phone.

Thank you.

physical damage (cracked screen, damaged housing) and liquid damage are not included in the manufacturer warranty. you may be SOL as bad as it sounds. the screen doesnt just crack itself soemthing had to of happened to it. if you have insurance you may be able to have it replaced under that, but that is about it.

yeah theyre not gonna give you a new phone if theres a crack on it. it seems a little suspicious. the best solution would be insurance but if you dont have that then get the screen replaced and after that if you still want a new phone then just put some water in the headphone jack and let it dry for a week then go through warranty lol.. not recomended though.

Instead of doing something unethical, I would search on ebay or other sites for a replacement screen if that is all that is wrong.

Amazing how many new users think the things are unbreakable. Sad way to learn the world won't take fault for something you do.
Take responsibility these store people are not stupid.

And your sentence structure is perfect?

I count 5 errors just at a first glance.
1. No comma after JayLim.
2. i should be capitalized.
3. No question mark after from. (You used a comma instead.)
4. You create... should start a new sentence and You should be capitalized.
5. No period after before.

Ahhh yes.....ATT will allow for a refund or phone swap within 30 days HOWEVER they do ask that the phone being exchanged IS NOT BROKEN............I am sure you would agree that the device was in YOUR care, custody and control when it broke so that pretty much leaves you on the hook.
